Νικήστε το
Βρείτε τη λύση Αν ξυπνάτε συχνά μέσα στη νύχτα, θα πρέπει να σκεφτείτε τι σας προβληματίζει και πώς θα μπορούσατε να το λύσετε.
Πιέστε τον εαυτό σας να γίνει πολύ συγκεκριμένος, τόσο στη λύση όσο και στα βήματα που θα ακολουθήσετε για να φτάσετε σε αυτήν.
Έτσι, θα ηρεμήσετε.
Εν ανάγκη, πάρτε ένα σημειωματάριο και καταγράψτε όλες τις εκκρεμότητες και τις λύσεις τους, για να καταπιαστείτε μαζί τους μόλις σηκωθείτε το πρωί.
Θα νιώσετε σίγουρα καλύτερα. Αν δεν ηρεμείτε, σηκωθείτε από το κρεβάτι και κάντε κάτι που θα αποσπάσει την προσοχή σας από το πρόβλημα, για παράδειγμα διαβάστε ένα βιβλίο ή δείτε λίγη τηλεόραση.
Ξεκινήστε τις ερωτήσεις Αντί να αρχίσετε να αγχώνεστε, αναρωτηθείτε: «Τι θα έκανε κάποιος άλλος στη θέση μου;». Έτσι, θα επικεντρωθείτε στη λύση και όχι στο πρόβλημα, πράγμα που θα μειώσει το άγχος σας και την αδρεναλίνη που κυλάει στο αίμα σας και δεν σας αφήνει να κοιμηθείτε.
