Η άσκηση σιωπής
Πάρτε το χρόνο κάθε ημέρα για να είστε σιωπηλός, για να συνδέσει με το πνεύμα σας, για να είσαι ακριβώς με σένα.
Η ευκαιρία να βρεθούν 10 λεπτά στην ημέρα μας, να κλείσουμε τα παράθυρα στον κόσμο
Η άσκηση δε δικάζεις , δεν κρίνεις
«σήμερα, δεν θα κρίνω τίποτα που εμφανίζεται,» και καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας θυμηθείτε εκείνη την δήλωση κάθε φορά που πιάνεστε.
Επαφή με τη φύση
Σιωπηλά παρατηρήστε τη νοημοσύνη μέσα σε όλα.
Προσέξτε ένα ηλιοβασίλεμα, ακούστε τον ήχο του ωκεανού, ή μυρίστε απλά τη μυρωδιά ενός λουλουδιού.
Κάθε λεπτό , ώρα που περνά να έχετε συνείδηση τι σκέφτεστε , τι λέτε ,τι κάνετε
Είναι το πιο απελευθερωτικό που έχετε να κάνετε , νοητικά ή κρατώντας ημερολόγιο
